We provide basic information about culture, nature, local initiatives and opportunities offered by borderland of cultures and nations - by "LOCALS".
The territory administratively belongs to the following communes: Lipsk, Nowy Dwor, Dabrowa Bialostocka, Sztabin, Suchowola. The internet service is part of "Protection of Biebrza marshland in Lipsk commune" project realized between 2003-2006 by Workshop of Living Architecture and Biebrza Municipal Union. The project was coofinanced by EkoFundusz Fund and Global Environment Facility Small Grants Programme (GEF/SGP UNDP).
The service is managed by Workshop of Living Architecture.
